While we don't generally give guidance, I think it's better for transparency that we had stated 400,000 tonnes for FY27 and it's appropriate to clarify why we're not achieving that number.
Even if we see some price correction, please keep in mind that we have another 50% volume coming in. So that will certainly provide a boost to our numbers in subsequent quarters. So by the grace of God we are quite confident.
The biggest advantage for us is the fact that chrome is sourced from our captive mines because that is the biggest input to the cost of production. So that is by and large under control.
We are looking to pivot towards more domestic sales and some of that was evident in Q4 itself.
If ferocrome production in South Africa ticks up and Chinese feroc production doesn't go down then you will certainly see pressure on prices.
We are confident about industry fundamentals, about our own resilience and cost structure, and we will keep an eagle's eye on operational efficiency.
